When I am backing up in my '93 bronco, the front tires will stradle out, pull the bronco forward and the tires will stand straight again. I have lifted the front and pulled on both tires with my hands looking for ware and things look good. Whats the problem or where do I look next?
i forget the name, maybe axle pivot bushing. with tires stradled out, look at axles from front and back to see if bolts at "sissor connection point" look off center. When mine were bad it took a while before the tires started wearing "inner threads".
wildman,
your front end needs to be alined. I went through the same thing after I lifted my 89. The Camber is way off. I forget the exact name of it, but it but it is a bushing.
