With all the records being broken in swimming and track and field you have to wonder "are we just getting better naturally or better chemically?" Remember BALCO? It took a long time for the testing labs to discover "the Clear". With that said, Victor Conte is set to release his tell all book next month.
Before all this happened, I knew of Victor from his being the bass player for the greatest funk band in history, Tower of Power, from the late '70s through the early '80s.

Howdy all, hope everyone had a good weekend. Ours was ok. One of my cousins wifes brother was stabbed 6 times in Buckeye over a verbal canfrontation. He is recovering slowly at St. Joseph hospital. What is this place coming to. We did learn something from this though, there is a ars statue that sounds like it gives a third party person a right to help a person if they are in a life threatening alteration. I looked at the ars statute and you have to meet the conditions of of the 3 previous statutes also, there is a lot involved!
but my take is you can use deadly force (or the threat of deadly force) to protect a third person that is being unjustly attacked with deadly force
I hope your cousin's wife's brother recovers fully!

I won't get up there til friday night, so I get to hunt sat & sun. This archery season is going to be hard(time wise). My daugter's wedding is the end of sept, so I have a lot to do.
