Good morning New Mexico...

Sorry I hung up so quickly yesterday Steve, but I had three lines ringing in my office.

So you guys have seen those funny emails floating around the Internet, the ones that say "you know you are getting too old when..."
Well I have one to add:

You know you are getting too old when you jump out of the back of your truck and hyperextend your knee.

I don't think I did any permanent damage, but DAMN that hurt.

What really sucks is, I still think I'm 25. I was supposed to play paintball this weekend, but I don't see that happening.

No, if I play I'll just dig myself a little spider hole and let them try to find me while I pick 'em off one by one.

Or I'll get me an off road "hover-round" and be mobile artillery.

Ouch...
We use .68 cal. and those hurt bad enough.

People always ask, "does it hurt?", and my reply is:

The paintball is roughly the size of the marble that you used to play with as a kid. It is just a tad bit lighter in weight. It leaves the barrel at 300 feet per second. That is about the speed that a NASCAR vehicle attains at the end of a straightaway.

You decide.
