Oh, and the family can't decide if they should put it to sleep or not....................Um, DUH!! My first thought was " You mean it's still alive!!".
I just read that there is a cat in Scottsbluff that tested positive for bubonic plague. Super.
Prairie Dogs usually carry that disease... kitty must have some non-feline friends!
I suppose the owner has spent thousands on vet bills trying to keep the cat alive... you almost need a living will for your pets these days!
I am not an animal hater, but I always tell our pets they are replaceable: plenty of others are at the pound waiting for a new home. Not sure if they understand that or not!
I couldn't believe the "funeral" options the vet proposed when my 13 year Golden Retriever died a few years ago. The dog was a great friend, but I really didn't want an urn containing his ashes on the mantle, nor did I plan to visit his marked grave at the cemetary!
someday i hope to have a garage large enough for a tool box! That may come next year
I'm with you on that George... it would be nice not to have to drive 2 miles to the storage unit when I need my tools! Soon, I hope to have a garage once again, and if my wife is lucky there will be a house attached to it!
ha! i hear you rob.. my brother and his wife actually just had their cat die.. they ended up having it cremated and have the ashes. crazy.. I have two dogs, and when they die.. they will get burried in the dirt.
I have a garage, but it's half filled with the kid's crap. My tools take up a 1/4 of it (woodworking, and car stuff). But, the wife wants to park in there in the winter. I need an out building, somwhere around 40x60!
my boss is thinking about putting up another warehouse and he and I are thinking about putting a shop in one end and splitting the equipment cost. We are thinking abou a lift and other equipment plus lots of room for storage!
