Interior trim pieces..
I have looked through the previous posts and searched but i cannot find anything that answers my question.I was wondering if any of ya'll have added any interior trim pieces that didn't come on your truck from factory.My truck's an F100 Custom and it doesn't have any moldings but the ones on each side and on top of the windshield.I am looking to add all the moldings from an XLT to my truck.My main question is what have ya'll done to mount the molding that goes above the rear window on the inside of the cab?I believe they snap in like the one above the front window,but my truck never came with the holes so i can't do that.I was wondering if it would work if i take the clips out then throw some self tapping metal screws in it.I just wanted to get your opinions before i try...thanks in advance...

oh ok...I wasn't sure....yea i already have everything except the back piece and i'm expecting to get that in the coming days.

The molding came standard with 1980 and 1981 F-series Ranger Models, and 1982-1986 XL models.
I'm also just curious as to why you want one though. I like them better without them to be honest.

Oh ok thanks.I'm wanting to put a rebel flag as my headliner,but i have nothing to support the cardboard.Plus,i'm a fan of XL's and XLT's,so i just want to do it to my truck..
