Question Engine Swap...

Hey guys, I got a couple questions for ya. First off I have an 86' f250 with a 6.9 N/A engine and i want to keep my truck but also want powerstroke power and tuning capabilities, so I want to swap my old 6.9 for a mid 90's 7.3 powerstoke motor. Now obviously i know i would need the engine wiring harness and ecm, but over all how much difficulty would i have doing this swap. Would the mounts be the same?, and can I bolt my existing 4 speed to it untill I get a 5 or 6 speed? If anyone has any info or tips for me that would be great, thanks.

I dont know about the engine swap, sounds like a fun project, but the overboost anhilator (sp) is to basically fool the map sensor into seeing less boost than the truck is getting. I believe that it is more of a problem in the newer 7.3's but when the computer sees over 18psi, i think, it will de-fuel the engine to prevent broke parts. I dont have one and i see 25 psi very frequently, to many damn ricers in this town.
