Some more progress...
Got my king pin bushings in, and used the handy-dandy authentic Ford reamer, that I got on ebay for under $30. Smooth as a whistle! Cost me about as much to have the local machine shop line ream them. Pretty slick!
Painted the frame, with black enamel, over the Chassis Saver. Man, I LOVE the HVLP guns! Hardly any overspray whatsoever, and great "movability" with the gun.
Hopefully I can start putting the front together tomorrow, so I can get the motor and tranny in next week, on my days off.
I love it when a plan comes together!
Oh yeah, I can't recommend JobLot enough! Called the order in Wednesday, it arrived neatly packaged, with parts in bags, labeled with the assemblies they went with, on Monday. And, he had everything except the pivot pin for the clutch/brake, but hope to have them soon.
