Thank's guys,
No matter how many quakes I go thru they still scare the heck out of me.
I have been parking my rig outside since. It might get stolen but the garage won't end up on top of it.(lol)
You guys are right I am thankfull for not much damage and family is ok.
I needed some of that for my 42" Plasma TV that fell off the wall when we had our 5.X a year or so ago here on the Big island.
We get earthquakes quite often. Not so much now that the volcano is really spouting off. But usually twice a week or more. Not big shakers but enough to freak you out for a minute.
I was living in So.Cal. back in the early '90s and went through a three point something. I moved the same day; I think that the earth should move only at certain times.
Our lezbo Earthquake lady's at Cal Tech said "We have a 99.9% to 100% chance of The Big One
in the next 30 years". I wonder who will play Charlton Heston ?
No quakes here. Also no hurricanes, tunamis, rats, roaches or gators. However, like wisconsin, we have very short summers and long winters.
That's a trade I'll take.
