CAI-nothing
Chip-10-20BHP
Exhaust with long tube headers will be noticeable but I don't know how much hp.

Electric Fans and a tuner are the best bang for the buck aside from Nitrous of course

Galaxie64's right-there's nothing to be gained by a CAI on a 2V 4.6L-NOTHING. The biggest restriction on the 2V 4.6L truck engine is the intake manifold itself, but it's designed that way to build cylinder filling air velocity for low-RPM torque production.
"Chipping" one will yield some power, but not alot-more in the way of better transmission control, and better economy when cruising. Exhaust will gain a little, but only minimal, and nowhere near enough to be worth the cost of a full system with headers.
The most effective mods would be an electric fan setup, flash tuner(Chip),and 4.10-4.30 gears.

^^^I agree with what he said. Only LT's will yield a noticable power increase but very pricey.....just a stand alone cat back exhaust will help, but not very much.

Gears will give you a noticable "increase" in power... esp. if you have larger tires or tow.
