Excursion on Wikipedia
Has anyone looked over the wikipedia article on the Excursion to see if they are accurate and factual?
"the Excursion was immediately criticized for being too large to fit in most home garages "
Should this say "was immediately, and wrongly, criticized for being too large to fin in most home garages "?

Too bad about the media/environmental spin - I see the Excursion as essentially a capped 3/4 ton pickup - somehow an enclosed back changes things? I also see that a number of public service organizations purchased them for their use and the wikipedia article pictures one as an emergency vehicle. In my opinion - not exactly the best pictures in the rest of the article - but that's fair I suppose.

the article reminded me about the blocker beam. I think its kind of neat that the X was the first vehicle to have one, and now almost all the fullsize trucks do :-)
