engine cutting out

Hey all, new to the place out of neccessity unfortunatly. 2004 powerjoke w/ 270,000 km. After good and warm (50km of hiway driving) the engine will cut out at random, 99% of the time it is during acceleration from a stop or slow down. Just a sudden "blip" like turning the key on and off quickly. Engine very rarely dies, but has on occasion. The thottle seams to recalibrate itself to idle being where the pedal was at when the fault occured unless I let right off throttle then will go back to normal. When this occurs 3 lights on the dash illuminate like a bulb check, (water in fuel, glow plugs, check engine). No codes present stored or active. Figured loss of power or ground to PCM so tonight tied in my osiloscope to PCM ign/batt/gnd wiring (2 ign, 1 batt, 2 gnd) 1 at a time and monitored while fault occured. Nothing all stay constant during fault. I have talked to 2 others who have have PCM replaced, but theirs just up and quit. Found talk about FICM but this should have no effect on dash lights. The Any more thoughts out there. thanks.

I think I would start looking at wireing harness chafing, bad connectors, monitor the fuel pressure. A good dealer (and tech) might know what it is without looking.
