Headers, Yes or No?

Hey this is my first post and I was wondering if it would be sensible to put headers on my truck. I have an 03 supercrew with a dual exhaust, cold air intake, and a edge evo programmer on it. Its the FX4 edition and is stock except for the aforementioned things. It has the 5.4 V8 with just over 80,000 miles on it. Your advice is much appreciated thank you.

the gains you will feel will be minimal, but it will sound throatier, be a little more responsive, may improve mpg slightly if you keep your foot out of it... money well wasted?? thats a descision you'll have to make...

It added a little sound to my truck, but i couldnt tell much difference in performance, and MPG couldnt tell you either i cant keep my foot off the pedal thru a full tank to get a good accurate reading unless i drive long distance

sounds like you have done most of the simpler modifications, you might as well do the headers so it can breath to its full potential. If you upgraded the intake side, the exaust should go hand and hand. shorty headers are available, and bolt up to your old exaust,
