Door lock rod clip?
I need new ones. Mine have broken off and I can only unlock/lock the truck from outside now. I see LMC has them but I dont want to buy a $2 item and pay $4 shipping...

The same ones were used for many years, not only on F Series trucks, but on Bronco's, Econolines and all the cars.
NAPA stores carry something similar in the HELP section.
