Check lugs. I found some of mine backed off by themselves one time. Check to see if a wheel weight flew off.
Explain the wobble. Does it wobble side to side or an up down vibration wobble. Is it fats or slow?
Lug nuts, wheel weight flew off, a low tire, driveshaft u-joint coming loose. Possible steel belt seperation in one of the tires? Did you have a wheel lock up in an emergency stopping situation recently? If so, you probably have a flat spot on a tire. A bad shock absorber. Just some things to check.
I forgot to mention that I had the driver's side outside dually tire balanced last week when they had to replace the valve stem. I had it balanced at Sears and they I watched the guy and he seemed clueless, it took him almost 35 minutes to balance 1 tire. I'm definitely no tire expert but it originally had 3 weights on it and he only put 1 but maybe it never takes the same twice? Also, I just checked my air pressure and on the passenger's side the inside dually tire was 70 pds air pressure and the outside was 61. The dirver's side inside was 70 and the outside tire was 48. I just checked all these tires about 8 days ago b ut since then have done quite a bit of farm off road driving, maybe it's the air pressure?
They need to be the same air pressure. You may have found the problem. On some duallys there is a pin that sticks out from the hub. There is only one way for the wheels to go on. If the new guy installed the wheel and didn't line the small hole in the rim with the small pin, your wheel is installed improperly. My truck is a 10 hole hub, not an 8 hole hub, so it is different that yours. Your truck may not have the small pin I mentioned.

Very good info! and for sure something to check out
On my aluminum rims I lose weights all the time and I can totally tell when I get going down the highway and get the wobble and all it takes is one weight to come off ,so maybe that kid at the shop did screw it up.
