EGR problem

I have a 93 f150 302 engine
I have a EZ Scan 3000 AutoXray and when I did a scan with the engine running, it shows a code 33 and says that the EGR valve is closed/erratic or has insufficient flow, I have checked and don't have any vacuum leaks, any advice would be appreciated.

Take the EGR valve out and clean it and the passages. Clear your code and see what happens.

Unless you actually took your intake plenum off and looked at the vacuum lines back there, i doubt you can guarantee no vacuum leaks. The plastic lines get brittle over time and can crack easily.

Try what K suggested, but don't rule out a vacuum leak yet.

I did what K said to do , I took the EGR off and used a piece of wood and tapped the plunger, it was stuck and when I tapped it it broke loose, so I cleaned it real good, re-installed it and it is working great, I did another scan and it came up with no codes this time
Thanks for the help
