I'll be getting a '93 F-350 4x4 dually with worn out 7.3 IDI. I do have pics, but I'm at work and they're at home. I'll try to get them uploaded in the next couple days. There was a '51-2 M3 and several other gems.
Anyway, I should be able to get my 4x4 conversion done by fall at least. I'll keep you posted.
Saw a mid 90s F350 Crew PStroke, auto, 4x4 on the way back into town today, sitting in a dealers lot. White, blacked out windows, holes in the bed from a 5th wheel, clean and straight! Had a little sticker from a Florida dealer. Going to head back and take a closer look tomorrow after work if it isn't raining too hard. May have to put the 78 up for sale quickly and soon!
On the way back from Raddisson there was 3 fairly new PSD`s with Florida plates pulling new 30 ft 5th wheel campers.
The lead one was doing between 75 and 80 mph all the way to Saskatoon! Be sure not to buy that one Bouts................

Just like these trucks run real nice empty at 120 or 125, the same holds true for towing if the roads are smooth. It doesnt seem to take much more power to pull fast but the fuel consumption shows differently!
Mine really like's 120 - 130 but it gets real tough on fuel at that speed. I'm like Sherm, if I can keep it at 105 I can get 24-25mpg. At 130 it is about 17-18.
