TSB's

I have a hypothetical question regarding TSB's.

I have a vibration in my transmission.
-there has been no recall
-the truck is beyond the warranty period.
-there has been a TSB submitted on this problem.

Will the dealership or Ford be required to fix my problem for free? Any help would be apprciated

Simple answer: no

But sometimes a dealer might work with you on the amount for the repair.
