Up Fitter Switches

Need some help with this one.

I have 06' f250 SD, with the up fitter switches.

switch 1 PIAA 580, switch 2 PIAA 540, Switch 3 PIAA 520, Switch 4 PIAA 510 (NEW). Whne we added the 510 to switch 4 and turn them on they work great, problem is the light on switch 2 (540) will not work. I have power light on at switch, and power at the wire going to power on thr lights, just no lights turn on.

Could this be a relay problem, or a bigger amp fuse.

ANy help would be great.

Here's some info. The last two circuits are lighter duty(only 10 amp) and you cannot stick a bigger fuse in without danger of overheating the wiring.

The link I gave you has a diagram. You may have a wiring problem with your lights.
