Question

Another new user

I have a question about by differential lube. I came across a note in my owners manual that said if I towed a heavy trailer very often I should be using synthetic gear lube in the rear end. My question is, if the truck came with factory tow package does it already have synthetic gear lube in the rear end?

Even if it didn't come with trailer tow, they all have synthetic lube in them.
