I have a question and I hope this is the correct forum. I have a 91 f-250 with a 460 and auto tranny. My problem is if I go to start the truck after it has been drivin and warmed up it turns slowly likeit has a weak battery. If I let it sit until the engine cools off it starts fine. In the last year I have replaced the solenoid, cables, alternator and battery. This was before the problem started. Last weekend thinking the starter was going bad and heat soaking I replaced it, and it didn't do a damn bit of good. I am stumped, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx

I have had problems cranking a 390 over if I used a battery that would be fine for a 302. I had to go to a real truck battery. Also you might consider increasing the size of the battery cables. I like to use welding cables.
