Battery Light
2000 F150 4.6L V8
Battery Light comes on intermittently between 4200~5000 RPM.
Normal behavior, or problem indicator?

Battery Light
It's Probably a V.Regulator problem.
Do you have a Multi-meter?
Just check the charging system at the battery at different RPM's.
Look for different readings by a fluctuation when testing.
I would think that the Voltage reg is hanging up when the engine is revved up.
I'm not sure of the newer vehicles if the VR integral to the alternator or not.
I think they are.
