7-pin plug wiring

Putting a 7-pin receptacle on back of '88 F150. The rig already has the Ford "pigtail" that runs from the plugs under the left rear fender, giving a total of eight wires, colors as follows:

Plug 1: Lg. gauge solid white, blk/pink stripe
Plug 2: Lg. gauge solid yellow, red/lite green stripe, Blue/blk stripe
Plug 3: Med. gauge solid black, grn/orange stripe, orange/blue stripe

Found following at end of pigtail when checking:

-Solid yellow seems to be running lights
-Orange/blue stripe is R turn signal/brakes
-Green/orange stripe is L turn signal/brakes
-Black/pink stripe is backup lights

That leaves four wires: solid white, blue/blk, solid black, red/green. Can't seem to find them in the Chilton wiring diagram pics...so where do they go? Is one of those a wire to the RV to recharge the battery when driving?

I checked the Hidden Hitch wiring site and that helped some, but doesn't answer all my questions.

I also have a brake controller that will be wired in...it has one red, one blue wiring (can't find installation instructions!)...where do they go?

I COULD pay to have this done, but am looking at this as a learning experience for future reference....i.e., I'm a CHEAP sucker! *LOL*

TFAHIA (thanks for all help in advance!)

You better have a brown wire because that powers the running lights

Yellow is usually the wire to charge trailer battery

Should be a Brown to power running lights

>-Orange/Lt.blue stripe is R turn signal/brakes

Correct

>-Green/orange stripe is L turn signal/brakes

Correct

>-Black/pink stripe is backup lights
>
Correct

>That leaves four wires:

solid white,

Trailer ground

blue/blk,

To Trailer Brake Controller

solid black,

This wire connects to the white/red(not pink)wire at the trailer light relay

>red/green.

To Trailer Brake Controller.

There should be a red Wire from brake controller to the battery
