Bypass Filtration system
A friend of mine recently put an Amsoil bypass oil filtration system on his 06' truck. It looked pretty simple to install using a billet replacement oil filter cap and filler neck cap and two hoses with a spin-on bypass filter. It had a valve for UOA and it claims 2 micron filtration. It looks like you could have it on in less than one hour. I am not a fan of MLM and have people in my family always pushing their MLM stuff on me, so I'm not promoting that. I'm just saying the system looked pretty good.

I have the oil Guard and a antifreeze filter. I mounted both filter systems on the rocker panels right next to the running board mount. It works pretty good and it makes it easy to change out the filters.
