Truck Died

I have an 04 PSD 4x4 SB with 30K miles. Tonight for the first time ever it just died while driving. I put the auto trans in neutral, fired it up and drove the remaining 1/2 mile road ( I had been out on a 10 mile drive). I then left to drop a friend off, got 1-2 miles from home and while driving I lost all forward gears- the motor was running and the lights were on. I shut it off, started it up , put it in drive and got about 40 feet before the truck died. I had it towed home. While waiting for tow truck, I fired it up and drove it forward and backward for 20 feet or so and did this 3-4 times and all seemed o.k I run a SCT tuner with Matts tunes (I was on agg street mode) an Airraid intake and a cat back exhaust and have a 3 guage pod (nothing was running hot). I dont drive it much and first thought it was a bad fuel problem, but that does not seem to be the case. When it dies I get all kinds of idiot lights on the dash, but they disappear when I start it up.
Any ideas ??
Thanks,
Tom

Did you try returning the truck to stock?
