Wheels upgrade advice
Hi:
I need a advice about the a little upgrade on the wheels of my 1999 4wd navigator.
I've been searching in the net about the lug pattern, offset and lug size, and this is the summary.
Original navigator wheels: 17*7.5J, 5*135 pattern, 14 offset and the lugs are 12M * 1.75".
Upgrade blackwood wheels: 18*8J, 5*135 pattern, 14 offset, but the lugs in the blackwood bearing are 14M * 2".
My question is:
Could i upgrade the wheels without any problem about the torque of the nuts? or the possiblity to the lost the torque because the lug is smaller then the hole in the wheel?
Any advice will be appriciated?
