Can non-adjustable rockers be converted to adustable by changing to adjustable ones and using the same shaft? They're hard to find and would rather not have to buy them

well.... first what engine is helpfull....
but anyway. yes you can totally switch to adjustable. I did from my pedestal rockers to fully adjustable full roller rockers on my 351 windsor. All you need is a stud and guide kit plus what ever rockers you want. Not sure what you mean on the "shaft", but since no engine information is included I cant really help with 100% accuarcy.
I'm talking about shaft mount rockers on a 390,sorry.Priced some alloy ones at around $1150,waaayyyy too expensive, but found adjustable arms from comp cams. These will swap out on the shaft?
