Flush out all fluids, change all filters, fill up the gas tank, put some gas stabilizer in there. Fill up the tires with proper air pressure, have someone keep an eye on the tire pressure thruout your bootcamp and training session, once a month should be good, just keep the rims off the floor/ground. Do a tuneup if it hasn't been done in a while. If it's sitting outside, I'd cover the exhaust to keep the rodents out of the tailpipe. She oughta fire right back up when you get back into town. Good luck in bootcamp and training!
Honestly for that short of a time you really don't need to do anything. fuel drier/stabilizer is about the only major thing. When you start it again make sure to check the tire pressures and oil level. I have 40+ year old vehicles that sit for a lot longer that do just fine. The battery might go dead so is it easier to hook a charger up to it to start the truck or to reconnect the cable.

I've left vehicles sit for quite a while (over a year at least) without doing anything before, and haven't had a problem. But I figured it'd be easier to be safe than sorry when he comes back and his truck is kinda dead. That'd be a crappy homecoming. *shrugs* Just food for thought, no harsh feelings or anything.
