99 psd sometimes wont start
I changed the oil in the morning one day and pulled the truck out of the garage and parked it. I went back out later that day and try to start it and the thing wouldnt fire over, for about 3 or 4 tries. It finally fire and was spitting and sputtering, it finally smoothed out alittle by the time I shut it off.
The next day it did the same thing and when I got it started it ran terrible. In fact I didnt think I was going to make it to my destination. When I arrived where I was going it smoothed out and ran fine, and has since ran fine but it does the starting thing every once in a while. The ses light does come on when i accelerate and I had the cps changed . Any Ideasdu

Welcome to FTE. Is there any chance of finding out the exact codes?
What weight of Rotella did you use, and how much oil did you put in? When you pulled the truck out of the garage after the oil change, did you let it idle long enough immediately after start up to build up the oil pressure (have the dummy gauge move) before you backed the truck out? Did you happen to change the fuel filter at the same time?

I checked and rechecked oil. I just changed fuel filter before oil change, i have another one i guess I could try that. I cleaned air filter too.

When you changed the fuel filter did you drain the fuel bowl? Did you cycle the key to purge the air out of the filter bowl? If you get air in the fuel rails it will cause your engine to run rough.
