Air bag light on
The airbag light on my 2004 has started to come on steady lately. Any ideas on what I could do to check things out before spending big bucks at a dealer. This is my 3rd F150 and I think the light has come on steady in each of them but usually later in life with many miles. This one only has 23,000kms

Check your sensor connection in front of your radiator...Pins are probably corroded. You MAY be able to clean them up, and use some dielectric grease to prevent any further corrosion, but odds are the sensor's shot.

I agree with Fatal Errorz, mine did the exact same thing on my 2004. If you search the forum, there has been a few threads about this exact issue. Make sure you disconnect the neg. battery terminal to clear out the codes and airbag light.
