siezed oil pump
Having problems with siezed oil pumps 351 windsor new motor has alumn heads 69 motor run nos 175 shot all MSD setup I have siezed up two meiling high vol pumps within 800 miles frist time broke the shaft had to re bearing it this time striped the gear on dis. do any one knows what is the problem. Thanks HELP

So that means you pumped the sump dry. Is this a high rpm application? You probably don't need a high volume pump anyway, but if you continue to use it you'll need a larger oil capacity and a windage tray to keep more oil in the sump. You should also make sure you have clear oil drain passages in the block and heads.
