Joe, I was perch fishing. We like the 10oz around here. I went to OK for a school and bought some Miller Lite. I drank quite a few of them, and not even a buzz. Then someone told me that they don't have real beer there, they have some kind of low alcohol content beer. I don't know how many states have this, but I will be bringing my own from now own.

Joe, I think they add extra alcohol to the beer in south Louisiana.

Colorado still sells 3.2 (alcohol content) beer here in grocery stores and 7-11's 7 days a week. One of those old hold-over laws from prohibition. Only regular liquor stores were able to sell the "real" stuff - and that was only on Monday thru Sat - no Sunday beer sales for the real stuff. We finally pasted an amendment on July 1 of this year allowing liquor stores to be open on Sunday, hence buy regular beer. goofy is an understatement but they finally got it right. Now, 10oz. cans... I think you got hosed on 2 oz., Rick!!!

Chris, I like to check my bait quite often, and I am a fast fisherman. OH, and I have a 10oz hugger.

I see, here's how I fish. Throw line in water, chug a beer, open bag a of chips, chug a beer, keep kids from throwing each other in water, chug a beer, check bait, chug a beer... you get the idea. Usually I catch a buzz better than catch fish.

Chris, we do it a bit differently. We omit a few steps.

We just fish around in the chest for another one. Works for us, never a 'wasted' cast.
