and first run out my power steering pump hoses took a crap on me....so i usually have 35-12.5-15's M/T's on there but this time i got my hands on some 38 super swapers.....i got a 94 150 with the 4.9....as i was worken it through a hole it lost it smoke billowing....come to find out the return hose came off.....so i put it back on added fluid...and tryed to keep going...then the high pressure hose popped off....and a buddy said...that shouldnt be happenen....so drove home(doin 20mph thanks to the death wabble) buds garage fixed it works fine now...just curious on why that happened....that and my battery light has come on and not shut off....but truck starts up and runs fine everytime.....oh and the brake covers (so i was told) are maken this weird noise when the tires roll now.....i dunno brake dust covers...i dunno do i need them....i know when i took the tires off they were bent up....so any info would be great.....thanks all
step 1: learn English language
step 2: perfect English language by correctly spelling words and use punctuation.
step 3: ditch the D44TTB if youre going to run 38 inch "swapers."
step 4: perform general maintainance on your truck so that items like steering, brakes and cooling system doesnt fail when you take it "mudden."
step 5: repost your thread with pics.
What Kris was trying to say is we can help you a little better if you take some time to use a spell checker and some punctuation in your post.
No idea on the battery light, but the dust covers can be removed as they just end up holding mud/rocks/whatever in when you take it in the mud. You'll have to disassemble the axle down to the spindle to do this. Or you can try to cut it off very carefully.
Also, your front axle isn't strong enough to run those 38 inch tires reliably very often. You will end up breaking things, if you're upgrading to those tires for good you should consider a solid axle swap. If 38 is as big as you go a solid d44 with chromo shafts should be find if you're just running it in the mud and not on rocks.
Get ahold of a volt meter and see how many volts the alternator is charging, if its not about 14ish with all acc. and headlights on... you probably drown your alternator.
38.5s on ttb sound prettty rough, but with stock gears, a 4.9 and an auto I don't see anything bad happening if your using your head. More gear, more motor, or more tire and your goose is cooked. Stick with the 35s or SAS. You would not regret and SAS ever, the coil sprung solid 44 is a godly half ton axle and its a pretty straight forward swap with some basic knowlege and fab skills
steering stabilizer? sometimes these can be used to just mask a real problem, but if its blown out completley (leaking shock oil) like mine is, it can cause death wobble. I have seen really loose steering boxes cause death wobble also.

its so refreshing to hear someone else say this... the guys in the OBS PSD section have a hard time understanding this.
yea... he's prolly gone. i started laughing when i saw "When Mudden this weekend..." still trying to figure out if he was kidding or he truely has a hard time speaking/typing (most people type like they speak)
So...... When mudding this weekend, make sure your hoses are in good shape. Clean your battery post and let it eat. Do they still say "let it eat"? Ive been out of wheelin for a while.
Sorry, i was in a hurry when i was typing this. I know how to type properly and everything, but come on do i really need to put a coma or a period everywhere? Anyways, no you did not scare me off, just havent had time to get on. Yes i do take care of my truck, i just think those hoses poped off because of the power steering pump trying to turn those 38's. I usually run 35's but put on the 38's for the day. I took a voltmeter and it showed the battary with 14.3 or something, and the alt was only pushing out 1 or 2 amps. I dont think the alt is bad becuase its fairly new, i noticed a couple wires came disconnected and reconnected them and the light came off. I drove it couple miles and the light came back on, i think theirs just powersteering fluid all in the wires and what not..... Can i spray it down with wd-40 or something? Maybe its not holding a charge cause wires are wet and muddy on the inside?....But thanks to all those who help....and all those who have no life outside these forums and critisize and poke fun and arent any help at all.......
It had nothing to do with your punctuation, but rather the manner that you format your sentences. It's all incoherant garbage if we can't understand you. So don't cry about it if we tell you to learn to use proper mechanics.
As for the dust shields, get rid of em, don't need them if you're playing in the mud. All it does is get rocks and dirt caught in them, and scratching your brakes.
The death wobble is probably because all your balljoints are shot, and your wheel bearings are loose.
And your electrical probably all comes from the fact that your wiring is all wet. So yes, spray wd-40 into connecters to displace the wire
