Coolant leak ?s
The 203 * is in and a new housing and gasket with some Permatex and no leaks. It was easy than I thougth, actually the bolts was a little loose, so first I tried to torque it, but the leak got worse, so I change everything and worked fine.
My Temp increase between NO, to OR in the NORMAL.
I drained 1 and a half gallon previos to the work. I read later in the Diesel site instructions that came with the T, that you first drain coolant till you see that the reservoir thank gets empty. Then I refill partially to the level of the thermostat as recommended.
I used Permatex in the rubber gasket for peace in mind.
The bolts are: flange bolts M6 1.0 pitch and 20 mm long. in the exagonal head has written this. EX 10.9
I also changed the hose clamp, because the stock was loosy.

Thank you, no problem.

BTW the new thermostat doesnt have any stamp about 203, as the stock that has stamped 195* The old one looked fine so Im going to save it like spare. And noticed that the leak could come between the housing and the gasket because I found corrosion there (that was the reason I chaged the housing), and nothing between the gasket and the thermostat and nothing in the block.
