which leveling kit?

just wondering what is the best leveling kit for the X? I have seen add a leaf, or mini packs, or shackel spacers.

I am looking at these.eBay Motors: 99-04 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 2.5" Leveling Lift Kit (item 330250556083 end time Jul-14-08 06:57:18 PDT)

or these.

I just bought the shackle kit. It was only 35.00 shipped off of ebay so I guess I'll give it a try. Anyone use one before?

Expect you to take a hit on gas mileage, I lost about .5 to 1 mpg when I did it!
