Idler arm observation

Crawling around under the new (to me) 2002 Navi (70k miles) this morinig checking BJs and tie rods, etc, and noticed that the idler arm has two grease fittings. One where it mounts to the frame and one where it connects to the center link.

Whdsupwidat? Manual doesn't say anything about greasing fittings (that I saw). Anyone know if this is factory or has the idler been replaced?

(Found some play in the DS inner tie rod.

The idler arm is the only greasable joint on the 1st Gen Expy/Navigator. I know my truck has 2 fittings on the idler arm as well, so to answer your question: yes that idler arm is stock.
