HO2S problems entire circuit

1997 Ford Explorer AWD 5.0. All of my HO2S sensors are generating DTCs. Fuse OK and power is 12V at fuse block, need to trace wires from fuse panel under hood through sensors to PCM pins. I got a wiring diagram from Autozone, but can't figure out where wiring goes and what pin numbers correspond to what pins on the connector. Can anyone help? Here is the Autozone diagram.

</title></head>"); newWindow.document.writeln("<body><div align='center'><img " + getWidth("yes") + "src='/images/cds/" + tpe + "/" + sze + "/" + pc + "." + tpe + "'></img></div>"); newWindow.document.writeln("<div align='center'><table><tr><td><FORM

I would like to figure out where the voltage loss is that is common to all sensors.

Thanks,
Bob

12 volts from 20 amp mini fuse 11 is spliced to all sensors on the light blue/orange stripe wire.

Pick a sensor/any sensor.

The downstream/passenger side O2 is wired to PCM pin 60 on gray/light blue.

And to pin 93 on red/white.

What are the trouble codes?

HO2S Heater Performance on all banks, all sensors

I get codes P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161. Since all are malfunctioning, but I do get the 12V at the fuse, I thought there might be a logical location where the wire might be broken/compromised. Since all sensors individually return to the PCM, it would have to be upstream of that point. Without pulling the whole harness apart, is there a specific part of the harness/location in the truck that I should focus on?

Thanks,
Bob

Yeah, with those codes it looks like the blue/orange stripe is open.

Theres a connector (C-115) under the hood & below the wiper motor. Open that up & see if you have voltage there on the male side.

This is wired blue/orange stripe from fuse 11 to this connector & then to the splice.

I'm looking the factory wiring diagrams. Tried clicking on your link to the AZ diagrams, but no luck.

partially works, intermittent

Check the voltage at the C115 connector (to the left of wiper motor facing firewall in my 97). Also got the voltage at the bank 1 sensor 1 sensor. I pulled the PCM plug and got 12V at pins 94 and 95, but not at 60 and 61.

Fired up the scan tool and now I am only getting P0155 and P0161 codes. So 60 and 61 must be Bank 2 sensor 1 and 2 and 94 and 95 must be bank 1 sensor 1 and 2 respectively. Since all 4 were giving codes earlier, it must be a loose connection at the splice?

How is the splice accomplished? Wires soldered? crimp connector? other?

Where is it located?

If I can't get to it easily, maybe I should just run new wires from the connector to all sensors?
