Talking Making Progress.

Redid the floor in the Green Bronco, Sanded down and painted with POR15 then took the heater box out and installed new heater core and blower motor.

Then started the install of the new Jade Green carpet from Jeffs Bronco GraveYard, this stuff is perfect and all the bumps and lumps ie... the trans hump and seat rises fit perfect very little trimmimg to do.

I'm just dry fitting it for now then I will run all the rear speaker wiring and sound deadening then bolt everything down.

Seats are getting reupholstered in the original vinyl fabric including the alligator skin looking centre pieces, I can hardly believe the guy at Trimworks in oshawa not only had the material catologe but even tracked down the factory OEM fabric.

So the interior should look pretty good for the Ford Truck show in Arthur, booked my camping spot this morning.

Cheers,Rick.

Isn't it great when things fit right the first time!! Sounds like your going to be in good shape for Arthur.
I understand the drive for originality but staying with vinyl seats ?? Your a braver man than I! Unless of course the seating area is fabric and just the trim/accents are vinyl? My old seat was all vinyl, awful no comfort factor at all!

And I am some kinda nut for liking low back OEM Bucket seats, I know.

But these seats look so cool they don't break the flow of the truck when looking inside it from the outside windows if you know what I mean and these seats are fully sprung just like all the better made sofas and chairs in our living rooms.

Also the seats have a really cool centre section and for the winter I have cloth seat covers so as not to annoy the wife by giving her a cold seat to sit her bum on LOL.

Because it has been my experience a cold bum will always get you a................................................. ......................................

Cold Shoulder later on LOL.
