Oil Dipstick

Hello

I got a good deal on a set of Sanderson center dump headers for my 52 flathead and they will interfere with the oil dipstick, I am sure this is a common problem so there must be some good solutions. I have looked for a flexible one but have not found the right one yet. Let me know if you have a good plan to fix this as I probably should be able to check the oil.

I have the Sanderson rear dump headers and ended up taking two dipsticks and bending\welding them to a new contour to clear the header pipe. If you happen to find an aftermarket oil tupe that fits properly into the hole on a 54 239 y-block...please let me know also.

I see one on the Speedway web site that may work, it is flexible and is suppose to be for the 49-53 flatheads. $59.95 It may work but I would like to know for sure.
