Anyone have 93 Explorer

Hi,
Had previous post about spare tire. Was able to download a 96 owners manual from Ford and found my jack and how to release the spare tire. But, it show a jack handle, the one that fits in the hole to release the tire, stowed underneath the carpet behind the rear seat in 4 door models. Nothing there or any mounting clips. So question is where the heck is it?

nevermind I found it under the hood attached right behind the bar that holds the hood up. Always wondered what that thing was.

On the 93, the jack handle should be under the hood running from side to side at the top in front of the radiator.
