clutch problem

clutch problem
My cousin is about to drive one of our work trucks. He starts it fine but when he goes to push the clutch in again it goes down to the floor and won't come back up. He is out on business trip so I can't help him directly, do any of you guys have any idea what direction I should start him at to figure out what could be wrong? Its a 1994 idi 7.3 manual 4x4 turbo. Any help would be great. Thanks

Does the clutch disengage when pushed....... Can he get it into gear. The throw out bearing may be sticking or the fingers on the clutch plate may be worn.
Check for fluid in the clutch master cylinder....... also check for leaks at the clutch slave cylinder below by the trans.
