04-08 F150 Headers

hey does anyone have headers in ur truck? I just bought OBX Stainless steel shorty's and wondering how long they took to put in. also wondering how much more hp it gave ya.

If its a 5.4 its a pretty tight squeeze. I think a 4.6 might be a little easier but its going to be a job either way.
