More than likely its the difference in the gauge. You may see a pound or so due to different fuel, truck setup, compression, and seals with a slight leak. Did you try your waste gate like Austin said? Perhaps muffler bearings are starting to get loose. I tied mine up with a set of falopean tubes and used a left handed monkey wrench to tighten it down. But thats just me..... anyone want me to work on their truck?? LOL

well i build 28 pounds with the setup i got, maybe i could squeeze some more out of her if i flush the blinker fluid. not sure when im gunna get around to doin that, your more than welcome to come help todd
