5th wheel possible???

I am thinking of getting a new supercrew and I wanted to know if anyone knows if pulling a 5th wheel is possible. I just love these supercrews but I need to pull a 5th wheel. If anyone knows the answer I would appreciate it. Thanks.

5th wheel possible???

A homebuilder friend of mine just got the "King Ranch" edition of the supercrew. He had a hideaway gooseneck ball installed and pulls a 5th wheel triler with a meduim sized tractor. He is pleased and the truck looks better than the typical sag from a bumper pull trailer of this weight. You don't see too many half-ton trucks with the 5th wheel though. The only concern the trailer shop had was the 5.4 liter engine and the load it will have on it and premature wear on the suspension.

Hope this helps.

Matt

Sure it's possible. But make sure you have or purchase a camper or trailer with the offset or extended tung.
