Added some color

Did this a month ago, talked about using herculiner before but decided not to. Used a new paint by rustoleum called "hammered" If it last a couple years I'll be happy.
It looks black in the pic but is actually a dark grey metalic.

looks good Bill...same paint and color i used on my Bilstein and the fuel gauge pod out on the cowl.....

that looks good on the truck Bill. and i think paint was a better choice than herculiner cause if you ever wanted to take it off i would not want to be in you skin,

Yes, and less money also.. under 11 dollars a quart at Lowe's. I used just less than a quart. It has a nice rippled finish to it, looks thick.

Looks good! I need to do something on my right rear quater panel. It's getting all chipped up from rocks, sand and road debris.

Have you considered some mud flaps Scott? I've got the el cheapo plastic ones and they make a world of difference.
