I dropped my X at the dealer yesterday because my brakes have been pulling hard left and just recently started pulling hard left then hard right! Plus I had a rattle sound coming from both front hubs. Well, neither were warranty issues go figure!!! The stinking used car department that put brakes and rotors on my X before I could buy it put $%^&** brakes on and they are rattling and the locking clip is GRINDING into my rotors!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH I could just scream right now. I am waiting to hear back from the GM on what he is going to do and no way in hell will his used car department be touching my X again. Either the tech that has it now will fix it or I will take my X and fix it myself!!! I didnt pay for the brakes and rotors so I dont know how far I will get as far as them paying to fix them but I am pissed to say the least.
Also wanted to ask, I have a clunk on take off I know this is normal per Ford but what can I do to make this less noticeable?
I will be getting new brakes put on by the Ford tech NOT the used car department!!! Now I am waiting to hear back from the Service writer because I am concerned about the rear brakes that the lovely used department did as well!!!

It could be the slip-joint on the driveshaft - lube it with PTFE grease. I got some from a dealer, and used it about 3 years ago - and it never came back.
Just recently had my driveshaft out for other reasons and relubed it for the heck of it.
