You might what to check the yellow pages. There are usually local shops that specialize in rebuilding drive shafts, axles, etc. Any chance it might be something other than the axle shaft?
Ok, before you begin replacing all these parts ask yourself a few questions. First, when does the popping occur? If it happens while turning, the pitman arm, or idler arm might pop occasionally, during a turn. If while turning under power or acceleration and a constsnt popping is heard, and felt by a possible jerking motion in the steering wheel from the inside front tire, then I would lean towards front CV joints. I have found many lube shops including the local dealerships lube techs neglect to ever lube the idler arm, thus resulting in premature wear on that piece. If the popping happens while going over a bump driving straight, the I would focus mostly on chassis parts; i.e. shocks, ball joints (uppers since you replaced the lowers),upper and lower a-arm bushings.
