Another shudder/shake issue??
Well, i replaced the coil that was casung issues so now my truck runs fine, and the shudder that the truck had before is gone. Now, when starting off the line straight there is no issue, but if I am trying to make a turn from a stop sign, the truck shudders for a few seconds and then takes off fine, it almost feels as if your turning at low speeds in 4x4, but I know the 4x4 is disengaged. Does anyone know what might cause this??

Probably limited slip chatter. Change the rear end fluid with syn 75w140. Most have the friction modifier in them to stop the chatter. If it's still there, add a bottle of limited slip additive.
