Well a harley wouldnt have that kinda power-weight ratio. I think most of the normal 883 harleys have something like 65ish hp, and they weigh quite abit more.
Your shawdow Morris I bet feels pretty safe. Its got about what, 60ish horse,a nd is maybe 500ish lbs?
I was actually looking at a few shadows both 750, and 1100, but in the end opted for a bike I could easily make into a awesome handling gravel burner.
As much as I love riding anywhere, I really like riding out on the gravel, way out in the middle of no where. No one to bother me, no one to stop me from hitting any kind of trails, bush roads, etc that I run across.

Nice bike Prep!! Not sure how you're going to make it 400lbs, stock and dry they're 430 or so... First thing you'll have to do is replace the front fork seals. Sitting on that trailer sucked down like that from ontario to here is going to be hell on seals. Guy should have put a block between the lower fork brace and the tire...

Its easy to drop weight, getting rid of the stock cans alone drop the bike 25ish lbs. The specs ive found say the bike is 421lbs, and ill be honest, I just lazily rounded it off to 400 haha.
Yeah Im gonna check over everything once it gets here. i was all ready contemplating bringing it into a suspension place to get them to revalve the front forks so I can have more of an enduroish type ride, then the kickass but tight stock ride. We'll see. Next time your up Sherm the offer still stands to take it for a burn!
I got it from Guelph, from an online kijiji add. It was so cheap I thought it was a scam, but so far it hasnt been! Bike should be here late tonight, or tomorrow sometime, unless they run into some trouble.
