Gen 6 trucks come up on a regular basis but I have a $1000 rule and it serves me well. Wasn't to crazy about running out to Cochrane to look at a truck as it's an hour away and is a wasted day getting it papered and back here, I would've dropped my top end to 700 for the inconvenience it would've caused me which would make it a hard deal. If the 88 is around at the end of the month I'll go after it for a g,note. It's in town here and the location looks familiar, may only be 10 blocks away. The condos look the same as the ones down the block and that mound and building looks like the north end of the land fill.

We had a touch of frost in some areas but now we have a week of dry with highs from 19 to 22c. About friggin time. My job site went from a 20 x 11 pad to a 11 x 32 pad and rebuild the walk from the door to the front gate, take out a broken poured piece of sidewalk and put in a 5' x 32' walkway to the back gate. fill in a badly formed swayle and sod it with the grass I need to remove for the original pad, plus I have to blend in a rise in the grade to the pad. This happens on most jobsites, start small and watch the job triple in size, but its better than coming back next season. Oh yeah, I got to come back next season to replace the poorly built fence.
Hope you guys get our weather also, its looking good.

Already it feels too much like fall Grant, I don`t mind the cool weather but it looks like we`re in for an early fall since we had an early spring.
So even Ont is getting frost, me not like that it`s coming so early.
It sounds like you have a very full plate Perry and you`ll be busy till the snow comes. Later this week it`s supposed to be warmer here too.

I road myself a pedal bike today, haven't done that in over 20 years, tried to do it a couple of times in the last 3 years but kept wiping out to the left. Figured it's cheaper than gas, easier than walking and as fast as the bus and cheaper. I'm being frugal, want to spend money this month end.
I used to get into new subdivisions Morris and would spend most of the season on 2 streets. In the Crestmont area I picked up the fencing, sod work and front yard feature on 4 streets with the exception of one house, the guy was a drunk and beaked off to me. His wife would get so pissed off when ever I said " No, your husband is a POS and I don't like POS's
