How About That !
I was having problems with my engine making a tapping noise from my 2005 250 SD with the 5.4, took it to the dealer and they agreed to fix it but was suprised that the service tech told me to dump the truck after the repairs are made. Because they also had to fix the air Conditioning problem that the TSB stated was wrong. What up with Ford this Truck only has 31,000 mile on it and is really clean ! What do you guys think ? Should I trade it in ?

I have the same truck and you would take a beating on a trade in the way trucks are selling right now. With that kind of mileage and if you have had no other problems, why would you even think of getting rid of it? I don't know what the service tech thinks he knows, but there isn't a lot of things that can go wrong with the '05 and up 5.4L 3V Super Duty trucks.
